You guys made our stay very special. We have booked family room with stylish facilities. The location was ideal, 20 km to Francisco Sa Carneiro airport, perfectly reachable. The hotel was in a relaxing area.
Some of the staff were quite busy.

It was a newly remodelled and fairly clean hotel. Recently renovated room, very comfy bed and pillows. Superbly friendly and accommodating staff and quick to respond. Fantastic position: near a subway station. Plenty of restaurants and very good restaurants in the area.

The room I had was beautifully maintained on a lower level and the staff was efficient. It had clean facilities in the bathroom: a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. This hotel was set in a very central area short walk to all major sights, the train station and Porto's too attractions. Besides, Museum of Liverpool was 2 km away from the property.

Everything was modern, personnel was superfriendly. The twin room was well maintained and cool. A minibar, a multi-channel television, and a writing desk worked well and the bed was extremely comfy. The service was fantastic, including the nice onsite restaurant. The location for our purpose was amazing and fantastic, near a tube station.

The venue was in a very central location near to the train station, sights, restaurants, shops, and main attractions, clean rooms and helpful and friendly staff. Visited a historical square, one of the tourist spots, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. The room was newly remodelled with a beautiful decor, plus the staff was very amiable.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Porto. I stayed here 3 nights and loved it. The staff were helpful and incredibly nice. The location was good and stunning, you can visit a diverse museum by walking. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a downtown area.

The location was particularly good and amazing as for me. I booked a double room, it was wonderful and had a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, some of them especially.

The staff is extremely helpful, well-trained. For example, they assisted with restaurant recommendations. Make sure you stay in the family room on a lower level. Glad to have coffee and a sofa set. The location of the hotel in Porto is perfect, near to the centre of the old town, sights, restaurants, shops, and all the major areas of Porto. You can easily walk to Ribeira.
